If you love blueberries, you'll enjoy this sensational blueberry cheesecake! It's a sweet and refreshing treat. But best of all? You don't have to turn your oven on and heat up your apartment to make it.  <\/p>\n

Blueberry Dream Cheesecake<\/h2>\n

Ingredients:<\/h2>\n

For the Crust:<\/p>\n

• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 cup butter, melted<\/li>\n
• 1\/4 cup granulated sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  For the Filling:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • 1 1\/2 cup powdered sugar<\/li>\n
  • 11 ounces cream cheese, softened<\/li>\n
  • 3 tablespoons milk <\/li>\n
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla<\/li>\n
  • 16 ounces of whipped topping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    For the Blueberry Topping:<\/p>\n

    \n
    • 2 tablespoons cornstarch<\/li>\n
    • 1\/2 cup sugar<\/li>\n
    • 2 cups fresh blueberries (you can use frozen if fresh ones are not available)<\/li>\n
    • 1\/2 cup water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Directions:<\/h2>\n

      For the Topping:<\/p>\n

      \n
      1. Add cornstarch and sugar into a medium-sized saucepan. Whisk together until mixture is lump free.<\/li>\n
      2. Add the water and blueberries.<\/li>\n
      3. Cook over medium heat. Stir frequently until mixture is thickened. <\/li>\n
      4. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         For the Cheesecake:<\/p>\n

         \n
         1. For the crust, add melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar in a bowl, then stir ingredients together.<\/li>\n
         2. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9"x13" baking dish.<\/li>\n
         3. For the filling, add cream cheese, milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar into a bowl. Beat ingredients together until smooth. <\/li>\n
         4. Spread the mixture on top of the crust. Be careful not to break your crust.<\/li>\n
         5. Top cheesecake mixture with whipped topping (if you prefer, you can use real whipped cream.)<\/li>\n
         6. Spread the blueberry mixture very carefully on top of the whipped topping.<\/li>\n
         7. Chill overnight or for at least 7 hours before serving.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
